The WP2 is considered to be the core work package from academic competence building point of view. The activities of this WP will be focused on building English and subject oriented competence of CA partner HEIs academic staff.
As the instruction language in TTPU is English, its academic staff will develop subject oriented English training program and content. Moreover, TTPU will conduct webinar for the rest CA partner HEIs academic staff on applying the program for training of their local staff.
Afterwards, academic staff of each CA partner HEI (except TTPU) will conduct English training for the local staff using the English training program. Overall, The English training course will last for four months.

Therefore, two weeks long CA staff mobilities to the USC, POLITO and UP will be carried out. Total number of participating academic staff from CA partner HEIs will be 80 (8 teachers from each).

This will also contribute significantly to the sustainability of the project.
