The goal of this WP is to provide project quality control and monitoring throughout the project duration resulting in project quality assurance (QA). QA will be realized on internal and external levels.
According to WP4 and WP7, the cloud project management platform will be implemented for project lifecycle management. The webinar on exploitation of the platform will be conducted by TTPU team. This will also play significant role in ensuring project QA.
Each CA local coordinators and project team will be established at the beginning of the project, with the main task of managing internal QA. They generate internal QA reports and upload them twice a year into the cloud project management platform with the linking them to the appropriate tasks. Regional coordinators and the Steering Committee of the project will monitor this procedure. The reports will indicate all the problems encountered, followed by suggestions how to overcome them, possible comments and suggestions by partner universities how to improve QA, as well as feedbacks, questionnaires obtained during project development and implementation.
Each WP leading institution will be responsible for monitoring the corresponding work package. External QA will be conducted by the USC, involving external evaluation and auditing service in EU. The official reports from external evaluators will be received and included in the final report.
A work plan for carrying out external QA will be created at the beginning of the project, and used to monitor the external QA activities. External QA reports will be generated at the end of each project year and reviewed by the main coordinator (USC) and the Steering Committee in annual meetings.
